To help ensure that Japanfs farmers remain fully satisfied with the brands we represent, HFT provides dependable after sales support by way of our parts and service professionals throughout Japan.
Our parts and service team comprise more than 2/3 of our entire staffing. They are trained on a regular, continuing basis to ensure that they remain up to date with the latest product and servicing requirements.
After Sales Support Department
HFTfs After Sales Support Department strives to further improve the quality of our customer support. The department is staffed with experts in tractors, harvesters, implements, and other equipment, as well as experienced former shop managers, who are dedicated to assist our field staff across the country in closely meeting customer needs.
Since its foundation, HFT has been striving to offer good machines that customers can rely on for years. Our goal is to ensure that customers continue to find a "trustworthy farming partner" in the machines that we sell by providing the highest levels of after-sales support.
Training for Entry Level Employees
HFT brings in new recruits on a regular basis, then puts them through a 5-year training/apprenticeship program in our service operations. This prepares them to successfully represent our supplying partners, as they subsequently take up various positions throughout the company.
HFT operates servicing vehicles that we refer to as "mobile workshops." They are stationed across our field stores, and provide our customers with an added sense of security.
The 2-ton servicing vehicles are fitted with general and specific tools, generators, welding machinery, acetylene gas, oxygen tanks, and various repair parts. They are, so to speak, small maintenance shops on wheels. In addition, the mobile workshops have equipment that allows our service staff members to search various databases for necessary parts, and to send photos to our field stores, head office, and parts center.
The mobile workshops help us to strengthen the trust of our customers by dealing with urgent problems on-site, providing the customers with a greater sense of reassurance.
