HFT has been striving to achieve customer satisfaction by providing reliable services, with the effort led by our Customer Center and the After Sales Support Department. In addition, in the spring of 2004 we set up the HFT Safety Promotion Committee with the aim of mounting a company-wide effort to ensure the safety of customers and HFT staff members. The committee is determined to help prevent farming, traffic and other accidents.

The number of casualties resulting from farming accidents has stayed flat for years while casualties in other industries have dropped in half thanks to related safety promotion activities. Accidents can be attributable to people, places and machines. Hidden dangers can be eliminated by preventing human (careless) errors, tidying up work places, and keeping machines well maintained.

Activities of the Safety Promotion Committee are a part of HFT’s continuing focus on after-sales support aimed at keeping customers safe and satisfied with their machines and other purchases.
